FAQ

Who is welcome to travel with Divas Day Tours?

DDT is here for all in the community.  Our tours are aimed at being interesting and available for anyone 45+.  Male and female passengers are welcome.

Can I be assisted to board the coach?

To travel on the coach, passengers must be able to get on board without assistance (usually 4 or 5 stairs), & be mobile enough to access venues confidently.  Mobility aids such as the average walker can be carried underneath the coaches.  This does not mean we do not assist when required.

How do I make a booking to join Divas Day Tours?

You can book online here on our website.  You can also make a booking over the phone using the contact details on this website.

When do I have to pay for my booking?

All day tours require payment at the time of booking. Ticketed theatre shows require payment in full at the time of booking.  Tours that are 2 days or more will require 25% payment at the time of booking.  Payment in full is required 60 days prior to the specific departure date.  Bookings made less than 60 days prior to the departure date will require payment in full at the time of booking.

Can I get a refund if I cannot travel on the tour?

Generally, a travel credit will be given in lieu of any refunds. See our terms and conditions.

Do I need travel insurance?

Divas Day Tours recommends travel insurance, particularly on overnight tours away.  Travel insurance is for you personally - medical or accident, loss of property etc. All coaches are insured with Public Liability.  This covers your coach travel, however once you are at a venue, anywhere not on board the coach, you are not covered by this PL Insurance.

Are seats allocated on board the coaches?

Seats are numbered for booking purposes and should in most cases be adhered too.  This enables groups to be able to sit within close proximity of each other. Specific seats will not be reserved (without payment).
